The director of the West River Rodeo Bible Camp (a logo design client of ours) approached us with an idea for a t-shirt design, based on a saying he found often coming out of his mouth at the camp functions. He told us, “We’re just a bunch of cowboy Jesus freaks. Can you make a shirt design we can make available to the kids and staff, based on this idea?”. Yes, we could.
We started the design with the idea of creating a modern, athletic feel, with a slightly edgy concept behind it. We went with the same type of sleek bronc rider as in their camp logo, and added the Cross, wording and some background noise to fill it out. A fun project, that was right up our alley.
